With my background in dance, I absolutely loved seeing the Cincinnati Ballet’s “Mercurial Landscapes.”

The show was a part of ArtsWave's Flow, a series designed to build highly diverse and adventurous audiences in the region, and featured costumes by Cincinnati's own Asha Ama Bias-Daniels. The show was everything our arts are about: world-class quality, collaboration, exploration and inclusion.

Hands down it was Billie Eilish at Heritage Bank. What a show!

“La Traviata” at Cincinnati Opera – Of course. :-)

“Concert” might be a strong word, and I may be betraying my whereabouts in the 1980s, but the Raisins reunion shows at the Woodward Theatre over Thanksgiving weekend were hands-down the best. It felt like stepping back into those wild days at Alexander's, Bogart's, or wherever you could catch Rob, Bob, Ricky, and Bam doing their thing. There was so much joy in the room. The lyrics came rushing back (who knew I still remembered them?), and the crowd's energy was electric—well, as electric as a room full of well-past-middle-aged fans can get. Let's just say, we all left with our hearts full.
